Local Missions

In Matthew 25, Jesus looks at His followers and says whatever you did for the least of these (marginalized, underserved, under resourced) you did for me.  As a church we want to partner with organizations serving the "least of these" in our community. 

• Vulnerable Children - REVO seeks to partner with organizations like City Lights Ministry who are meeting children where they are, personally investing in their lives, meeting physical needs and providing fun accessible access to the Gospel.
• Addiction Recovery Programs - REVO desires to see the chains of addiction broken in people's lives through partnership with organizations like Solus Cristus, Samaritan Ministries and the Winston-Salem Rescue Mission.
• Housing Insecure- REVO partners with The Dwelling to serve the housing insecure in our community throughout strategic times of the calendar year (e.g. white flag shelter season).
• Individuals in Crisis - REVO partners with local organizations (Crisis Control Ministries | Sunnyside Ministry | King Outreach | East Stokes Outreach) referring individuals in crisis for assistance with needs far and wide.

REVO Church partners with the following pregnancy care centers working together to help women face their unplanned pregnancies without fear. 

• Davie Pregnancy Care Center
• Hope Pregnancy Care Center
• Salem Pregnancy Care Center
• The Pregnancy Network

Each Pregnancy Care Center provides free services to answer women's questions, provide medical testing up to and including ultrasounds, and offer peer to peer mentoring | parenting classes.  All centers desire to walk alongside women to help them feel needed and known and realize they are not alone. 

REVO partners with schools in our community to support staff and scholars. Through providing meals or snacks for staff, to serving around the school grounds, to volunteers at school events, REVO is committed to sparking a revolution of life-change through Jesus in our community through our local schools.

REVO Church believes incarcerated individuals should have access to the hope found in Jesus.  The Gospel is the power of God to change people's lives. As a church, we want to be part of God changing lives wherever we live and wherever he leads, that includes local prison ministries.

Currently, REVO Church is a part of local Bible studies, hosting events & trainings, and participation in worship services in partnership with two local prison ministries.

• Davidson Prison Ministry
• Forsyth Jail and Prison Ministry

Jesus Christ is the Hope of the world.  We believe it is His bride, the local church, that Jesus has entrusted with the message of Hope to get out to all those around us, where we live and where He leads.  In fact, we believe there is no greater investment to be made, no investment that will stand the test of time, like the investment in the local church.  That's why REVO Church partners with a variety of local church plants through events, serving together, worship services etc, to make Him know in areas of our community where He is least proclaimed.

In Romans 10:1, Paul writes "my hearts desire and prayer for them is this, that they will be saved."  That's the prayer we have for every man, woman, and child in our community that they would encounter the life-changing message of Jesus and be transformed.  REVO Church partners with local missionaries and para-church organizations to make much of the name of Jesus in our local community.
