Acts Chapter 14
Acts Chapter 14 shows us the start of Paul and Barnabas' missionary journey. Looking at their journey we learn what it takes to share the Gospel. We also learn the difference between what we want, compared to what we need.
Read Acts 14:1-7, 11-14, 21-27
1. How would you answer these questions: "Who is Jesus?" "What has Jesus done?" "Why has Jesus done this?" "How can you know that it is true?" "How should you respond?"
2. Have you ever tried to share the Gospel and the person you were talking to didn't understand what you were saying? What did you do?
3. To share the Gospel we need to see how God is taking care of us in each moment. How have you seen God provide/care for you?
4. Do you believe/have you ever been told that there is comfort in following Jesus?
5. Does it bother you that sharing the Gospel could cause you to become an outcast/unpopular? What do you do to stop those feelings?
6. Do you ever find it difficult to bow down to the will of God? Why?
