Acts Chapter 19
Acts chapter 19 gives us the story of Paul correcting bad theology about Baptism, the sons of Sceva, and the riot in Ephesus.
Read: Acts 19
1. Have you been baptized?
2. What are some myths you have believed/been taught about baptism?
3. God was using Paul to the point where Satan knew his name. Do you feel like Satan knows your name because of how you are serving God?
4. The sons of Sceva wanted to look good without actually having faith in God. Are there areas in your life where you might be relying on the "form" of faith rather than a genuine relationship with Jesus?
5. Do you ever feel like you are just going through the motions? What can you do to help fix that?
6. Which emotion do you feel like you struggle with the most: Selfishness, Fear, Anger, Confusion? How can you trust God with these different emotions?
